TCC funds three grant types:
Planning Grants fund preparation work for future programs to benefit communities through activities like capacity building, writing policies and plans, and community engagement. Planning Grants are funded for a maximum of $300,000 over a term of two years.
Project Development Grants bridge the gap between Planning Grants and Implementation Grants to help move projects to implementation through activities like demonstration projects and pre-development activities. Project Development Grants are funded for a maximum of $5 million over a term of two years.
Implementation Grants fund multiple projects in a neighborhood to support climate resilience and community needs. Implementation Grants are funded for a maximum of $27.5 million over a term of six years.
Multiple co-applicants required.
