Funding available from the California State Water Resources Control Board.

The interest rate available on loans is half of the most recent General Obligation Bond rate, with financing terms typically spanning over a 30-year period.

Grants or principal forgiveness are available for a small set of disadvantaged communities.

Water reuse project, Community Engagement & Outreach eligible, Publicly-owned treatment works, Stormwater Improvement projects, Water conservation

Clean Water State Revolving Fund offers low-cost financing for a wide variety of water quality projects with a vision to maintain abundant and clean water for human use and environmental protection for the benefit of California’s future.

The application involves four packages: General Information, Technical, Environmental, and Financial Security.
